In May 12, 2006, client was charged with
Retail Fraud - First Degree, Second/Subsequent Offense, and
Habitual Offender with Fourth Offense Notice which made his
Felony conviction of Five years and/or $10,000, or
3 times the value/difference in price of property stolen,
obtained, or attempted to be obtained.  Client was facing Life in Prison.
Ms. Lane successfully bargained a 7 months jail time.  Client was charged on August 28th, 2006, with Controlled Substance Possession charge facing 8 year Prison as a Subsequent offender.
Ms. Lane successfully bargained a "usage" deal a 93 day misdemeanor, and client was released the same day and placed on probation.
